COOKING METHODS:
Attention!! Never flatten or stick a fork into the meat.
FRYING PAN:
- Season to taste (salt, pepper, steak spices.)
- Cook on medium high. Add a pat of butter and cook on ONE SIDE for 5 minutes.
- Flip your steak and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Let your steak rest for 5 minutes in alluminium foil before serving.
BBQ:
- Season to taste (salt, pepper, steak spices.)
- Pre-heat your BBQ to 450-500 F :
